Our product range includes a wide array of magnets – from ferrite, through neodymium up to rubber coated ones.
The strongest magnets are neodymium NdFeB magnets; these are made by sintering rare earth elements (neodymium-iron-boron) in vacuum and are among the most technologically advanced products on the market. These super strong magnets led to a revolution in modern technology and fundamentally affected the range of applications of magnets (after all, a neodymium magnet is capable of carrying loads of up to thousand times its own weight).
The industrial applications of neodymium magnets are very wide, ranging from furniture fittings up to buckling of purses. Neodymium magnets became absolutely indispensable in the area of metal detectors (industrial, flow-through, conveyor-belt etc.), and it is also hard to imagine what waste sorting and processing would look like without these super strong magnets. They also offer an extraordinarily efficient means of handling heavy loads.
Pot magnets are magnets which are seated in a steel case.
The specially shaped magnetic field focuses magnetic force onto a single side of the pot magnet.
Pot magnets use the magnetic force to attach to steel surfaces. The ineffective side of the pot magnet then usually contains various mounting elements (external or internal thread, hook, peg etc.).
Magnetic sheets and magnetic strips
Permanent magnetic sheets are produced from a mixture of a highly magnetic powder and polyethylene. The resulting product has a wide range of applications, perhaps the most prominent one being advertising.
To achieve the desired appearance, it is possible to print on the external side.
Magnetic sheets can easily be cut by hand, but the required shapes can also be produced by machine cutting or machining.
We supply magnetic sheets of various thickness (0.4 to 1.4 mm), colours (natural, white, blue, green, red yellow), sizes (in rolls or cut to A5, A4 or A3), in standard or self-adhesive versions.

Magnetic pockets can be attached for instance to shelves, machines, various metal parts and products.
In complex production lines, magnetic pockets can be used as a mobile information carrier about a specific product for the whole duration of the given technological process. This is advantageous as information placed in the pocket can be easily and quickly replaced, etc.
There also exists a self-adhesive variant of the magnetic pocket, where only the frame holding the outer transparent part of the packet is magnetic. The self-adhesive layer allows this type of pocket to be glued to all kinds of surfaces (even non-magnetic ones), allowing wider usage of the product.

Magnetic separators for receiver hoppers of injection moulders and other magnetic products
Magnetic separators for receiver hoppers of injection moulders are used to separate ferromagnetic particles from a flow of freely falling material (regranulate, plastic grit etc.).
The separator prevents damage to injection moulders with a classic cone-shaped hopper (prevents the entry of metal particles into the screw and nozzle mechanisms).
Magnetic separators for receiver hoppers of injection moulders are equipped with very strong NdFeB neodymium magnets, allowing the interception of even the finest powder particles of metals. Additionally, the use of neodymium magnets prevents the carry-off of intercepted particles by the flowing material (unlike various competing separators equipped only with ferrite magnets).
